If a tool doesn't do what you need, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. That's the whole policy.

How to request one

• Email support@synergexictech.com from the address you purchased with, and mention which tool you bought.
• We typically reply within one business day.

If something isn't working, we'd also love the chance to fix it — but the refund is yours either way.
